UK este liderul pietei europene de ceva vreme dar Germania si Franta vin destul de tare din urma. Sunt sanse destul de mari ca in 6 luni Franta sau Germania sa fie pe primul loc ca numar de vizite pe social media.<br />
Foarte interesant mi se pare cazul <a href="http://ro.wikipedia.org/wiki/Olanda">Olandei</a> (o tara cu 16mil locuitori) care produce 7.4mil de vizite unice, asta inseamna abstractizat un procent de 47% din populatie.<br />
Daca ar fi sa estimez &#8220;din ochi&#8221; <a href="http://www.lucianhutanu.ro/2009/01/20/consumatorul-roman-de-internet-si-piata-online/">Romania</a> as spune undeva la 4mil pentru luna decembrie asta raporta la cele 22mil de romani insemana o rata de 19%. Dar sunt sigur ca aceasta va creste si Romania va deveni o piata interesanta si pentru marile retele sociale (altele decat hi5).<br />

<p>Si un alt grafic interesant este depre market reach (ceea ce inseamna cat % din totatul traficului pe internet inseamna social media). Aici nu prea am idee cum sta Romania si cam cat % din trafic e social dar cred ca sub 50%. </p>

<p>Dincolo de orice, <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Social_media">Social Media</a> este prezentul si viitorul (cel putin pe termen scurt). Aici isi vor directiona advertiseri marire campanii si in mod cert Romania o sa devin o piata interesanta (si Europa care oricum a fost putin &#8220;neglijata&#8221; in dauna US-ului si Japoniei).<br />
Sunt sigur ca in 2009 vom avea limba romana pe linkedIn (moartea micilor retele business de la noi) si o crestere foarte mare pe Facebook.<br />
Piata de video (unde se joaca trilulilu cu youtube) va avea o traiectorie interesant de urmarit, dar fara un model f bun de business si o abordare mai agresiva a youtube pe romania putem avea o schimbare de lider. Aici o sa inceapa si trusturile TV sa isi dezvolte retele video (Intact, PRO).<br />
Noul &#8220;blog&#8221; (micro) <a href="http://www.lucianhutanu.ro/2009/02/05/twitter-mainstream-si-monetizare/">Twitter </a>nu cred ca v-a avea o crestere spectaculoasa (masurat in mii deocamdata) nu cred ca vom avea un <a href="http://twitter.com/lucianhutanu">twitterist</a> roman cu peste 10.000 followeri in 2009 (care sa scrie in lb romana). </p>

Observ o abordare destul de buna la majoritatea twitterilor pe care ii urmaresc, s-a deviat de la &#8220;what are you doing?&#8221; la &#8220;what are you sharing&#8221; pe rincipiul este simplu : informatie sintetizata + link.</p>
<p>Cine e pe <a href="http://twitter.com/lucianhutanu">twitter</a> acum (.ro)?<br />
In special cei interesati, pasionati, angajati in domeniu IT/Media/Adv; Companii de PR/Marketing; Start-upuri; &#8220;cautatorii de aur&#8221; online, companiile pentru care &#8220;da bine&#8221; sa fie pe twitter.</p>
<p>Ce urmeaza ?<br />
<a href="http://twitter.com/lucianhutanu">Twitter</a> intra cu pasi repezi in mainstream (universal). Creste exponential de la o saptamana la alta.<br />
Companiile incep sa realizeze posibilitatile unice de comunicare/marketing pe care le ofera twitter si numarul celor care isi vor contura imaginea virtuala in jurul twitter va creste.<br />
Dar cel mai important : foarte multa lume va ajunge sa foloseasca twitter (elevi studenti parinti, taximetristi, artisti) pentru ca (constient sau nu) ne satisface o serie de necesitati de baza ( cum ar fi nevoia de apartententa la un grup, recunoastere, popularitate, narcisism etc).</p>

<p>Multi spun ca twitter<a href="http://twitter.com/onicoara/status/1178920135"> este un banal IM</a> &#8211; webbased, un mijloc de pierdut timp si resurse. Eu zic ca este vorba de eficientizare si time management.<br />
<strong>Cum mi-am &#8220;organizat&#8221; eu twitteru ? </strong><br />
a) un client browser/desktop (<a href="https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/5081">twitterfox</a> sau<a href="http://www.tweetdeck.com/beta/"> tweetdeck</a>) &#8211; ziua urmaresc pe twitterfox, iar dimineata cand sunt multe le citesc cu deck.<br />
 b) urmaresc doar persoane care ma intereseaza si ale caror posturi chiar ma intereseaza (calitate/cantitate ), nu ezita sa &#8220;stop&#8221; follow pe cineva daca scrie inutil pt tine.<br />
c) nu RT redundant, in general informatia circula in cerc, doar atunci cand vrei sa popularizezi ceva RT</p>
<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<br />
Marea problema a <a href="http://www.twitter.com/lucianhutanu">Twitter</a> o reprezinta lipsa unui sistem de monetizare. Cand va ajunge mainstream, investitorii trebuie sa scoata niste bani oricum si sunt sigur ca se lucreaza din greu la asta.<br />
Cateva variante pentru monetizare twitter pe care la vad eu  :</p>
<blockquote><p>1. Abonament lunar (undeva la 1/2E pe luna de user pentru toti userii).<br />
2. Free user/ premium user (abonament de 2-3E luna pentru o serie de avantaje [articole mai mari, linkuri, ad free]).<br />
3. Zona de publicitate (3 cuvinte + link) la finalul fiecarui post<br />
4. Taxa lunara pentru companiile ce se promoveaza prin twitter.<br />
5. Un articol &#8220;publicitar&#8221; automat la fiecare 10 posturi (adaugara printre randuri automata)<br />
6. Servicii extra (mobil, platforma desktop,personalizare) contra cost. Aici e problema totusi cu openAPI si sunt f multi 3rd party.</p></blockquote>
<p>Sunt sigur ca in scurt timp o sa apara si &#8220;informatii oficiale&#8221; in legatura cu astea.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Un subiect foarte &#8220;blogat&#8221; in prima luna a anului 2009 (in afara de &#8220;cine e cel mai blogger&#8221;) a fost &#8220;publicitatea online&#8221;.<br />
Cred ca <a href="http://www.victorkapra.ro/2009/01/29/despre-marketing-si-comunicare-interactive-in-studiul-admarket/">mediul online</a> are asteptari mai mari decat posibilitatile pietei. Publisheri asteapta o crestere si diversificare a pietei adurilor, venita si dintr-o speranta ca mediile conventionale scad iar piata online creste. Dar neglijeaza foarte mult continutul &#8211; daca nu creste calitatea, originalitatea si informatia din contentul tau, ca si publisher, nu ai cum sa te astepti la cresteri mari de venituri.</p>
<p>O alta problema este cea a lipsei unui model de monetizare din start. Multa lumea lanseaza proiecte, aplicatii, retele sociale (si aici pot da exemplu recentelor ikonect, tetatet, lucrezinit) dar nu au deocamdata modelul de monetizare pe care il vor aplica. Daca lansam aplicatii doar de dragul de a exista pe piata si a ne face PR cu ele, nu inseamana ca esti antreprenor.<br />
Niciodata nu va ajunge vreun proiect din romania ca <a href="http://twitter.com/lucianhutanu">Twitter</a> sau <a href="http://www.victorkapra.ro/2009/01/29/despre-marketing-si-comunicare-interactive-in-studiul-admarket/">facebook</a>. Daca twitter a ajuns la o cota de piata &#8220;potentiala&#8221; de 250mil cu toata ce nu exista un plan de monetizare concret si nici perspectivele nu sunt foarte mari (pentru ca se dezvotla foarte multe <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Third-party_software_component">3rd party</a>). Cu problema monetizarii se confrunta pana si marile companii sociale (facebook, myspace) care merg oricum pe investitii masive si puncteaza pentru ca sunt ultra populare.</p>
<p>Este foarte important sa va ganditi la un plan de monetizare inainta de a investi resurse,pasiune si timp.<br />
Daca nu aveti un model ne business bine definit si planificat, va ramane sa sperati intr-o investitie sau intr-o popularitate ca twitterului. </p>
<p>Google lanseaza astazi <a href="http://adwords.blogspot.com/2008/06/introducing-google-ad-planner.html">Google Ad Planner</a> <em>&#8220;a research and media planning tool that connects advertisers and publishers. When using Google Ad Planner, simply enter demographics and sites associated with your target audience, and the tool will return information about sites (both on and off the Google content network) that your audience is likely to visit&#8221;</em> si incearca astfel sa isi mentina cota de piata si sa atraga noi advertiseri.<br />
<a href="http://thenextweb.com/2009/01/28/branch-twitter-advertising-network-work/">The Branch </a>- incearca un model de advertising pentru twitter care are sanse de reusita, dar este extrem de complicat sa monetizezi Twitter dupa cum spuneam.</p>
<p>In Romania <a href="http://www.orlando.ro/2009/01/29/adevolution-si-beyond-lanseaza-retea-de-contextuala/">se lanseaza Beyond </a>- un sistem de publicitate &#8220;autointitulata&#8221; contextuala pe o piata deja foarte aglomerata de diverse sisteme de publicitate si unde sunt sigur ca Google are un cuvant greu de spus. Nu cred foarte mult in succesul acestui sistem, cum nu cred nici un succesul <a href="http://2parale.ro/">2parale.ro</a></p>
<p>De citit pe blogul lui<a href="http://www.chrisbrogan.com/if-we-agree-advertising-is-broken/"> Chris Brogan <em>Advertising is Broken</em></a>. </p>
<p>Ramane o problema : cum se monetizeaza <a href="http://ro.wikipedia.org/wiki/RSS">RSS </a>(daca toata lumea incepe sa dea drumul la RSS full) ? Cred ca reclamele din rss au o conversie foarte mica deocamdata dar prezinta un potential mare (poate de aceea google a cumparat si <a href="http://www.clickz.com/3629761">integrat Feedburner</a>).</p>
<p>In Romania (.ro) este mult entuziasm, <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Interactivity">multi &#8220;interactivi&#8221;</a>, <a href="http://www.krumel.ro/critica-in-ro-o-forma-de-carota-de-societate/">prea putina critica</a>, <a href="http://www.zoso.ro/tag/spam">mult spam</a>, prea putina monetizare. Deocamdata avem o piata de publicitate &#8220;da trafic&#8221; &#8211; volum si nu una de calitate, axata intr-adevar pe contextualitate.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Toata lumea astazi vorbeste despre <a href="http://www.piticu.ro/2009/01/20/cum-va-fi-2009-in-online-ii/index.html">&#8220;viitorul&#8221;</a> <a href="http://comanescu.hotnews.ro/cum-au-evoluat-site-urile-de-stiri-intr-un-an.html">online-ului romanesc</a>.<br />
Intr-o <a href="http://studentclub.ro/tudorg/archive/2009/01/19/despre-online-la-webclub-cu-sange.aspx">piata in care nimeni</a> nu poate sa estimeze exact ce se va intampla, noi ne consumam resursele <a href="http://www.zoso.ro/2009/01/reflectii-rutiere-online.html">sa facem previziuni</a> si sa ne plangem de mila. Dupa ce <a href="http://www.victorkapra.ro/2009/01/20/doar-trilulilu-si-softpedia-intra-in-top-10-site-uri-romania/">statistica de mai jos a aparut la VictorK</a> a inceput eterna lupta cu vecinii (bulgari sau unguri).<br />
Nu ne putem compara cu ei fie si pentru simplul fapt ca noi (romanii) folosim alfabetul latin si ei pe cel <a href="http://ro.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alfabetul_chirilic">chirilic</a> &#8211; (deci noi stam mult mai bine la capitolul engleza). Acesta tendinta o putem observa si in rusia si chiar in republica moldova. Userii din aceste tari utilizeaza forte mult site-urile <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/.ru">.RU</a> (.BG in cazul bulgariei) fie din comoditate, fie pentru ca necesita mai putin timp.<br />
Hai totusi sa nu murim de grija capritei vecinului si sa ne concentram la noi in &#8220;ograda&#8221; :  </p>
<blockquote><p>1. <a href="http://www.softpedia.com/">Softpedia</a> &#8211; eu cred ca <a href="http://forum.softpedia.com/">forum.softpedia.com </a>- este cel ce genereaza trafic .ro pentru ca este, fara indoiala, cea mai mare comunitate online din Romania.<br />
2. <a href="http://www.trilulilu.ro/">Trilulilu </a>- se bazeaza 80% pe continut romanesc, are un foarte mare procent din vizitatori cu grad de educatie mediu. Cred ca manelele aduc 60% din traficul trilulilu. Succesul il genereaza tocmai continulul romanesc si limba romana.<br />
3.<a href="http://ro.wikipedia.org/">Wikipedia</a> &#8211; cred ca <a href="http://ro.wikipedia.org/">ro.wikipedia.org</a> &#8211; care este continul in <a href="http://ro.wikipedia.org/wiki/Limba_rom%C3%A2n%C4%83">limba romana</a> scris tot de romani.</p></blockquote>
<p>Ca sa incheiem acest capitol, comportamentul userilor fata de continutul in limba materna este natural, site-urile care vor intelege asta si vor adapta exact nevoilor si cerintelor vizitatorilor din .ro vor creste in trafic. Aplicand retete de succes din afara, dar neadaptate la &#8220;cultura online&#8221; a romanilor nu poate avea foarte mare succes. </p>
<p>Cred ca ar trebuii sa vedem si ce fel de utilizatori de internet avem in Romania si cum putem sa ii grupam pe categorii de varsta, educatie si comportament online </p>
<blockquote><p>
a) 10-17 ani. Public tanar, entuziast, calculatorul este principalul mijloc de socializare si interactiune intre ei. Se axeaza pe comunitati sociale (hi5 &#8211; 90%), comunicare IM , continut monden si sportiv si porn.</p>
<p>b) 17-23ani. Public in curs de maturizare. Internetul devine mijloc de informare/comunicare. Se diferentiaza foarte mult in functie de gradul de educatie<br />
b.1) educatie medie/sub-medie &#8211; comunitati sociale (hi5, netlog), porn, presa sportiva (gsp, prosport), muzica/filme (trilulilu , youtube, dc++), bloguri generaliste (la moda). Internet utilizat de acasa/internet cafe<br />
b.2) educatie medie/peste medie &#8211; site-uri de informare/educatie (wikipedia , referate, univ), presa online (ziare centrale), online streaming (canale tv in special), muzica (youtube, trilulilu, dc++), retele sociale (myspace, facebook, hi5), bloguri populare sau ale prietenilor. (in general locale), site-uri de cumparaturi online (magazine si okazii), porn.</p>
<p>c) 23-20 ani. Public matur, diversitatea este cuvantul caracterizant. Este publicul care &#8220;cumpara cel mai mult&#8221; si este intervalul de varsta preferat pentru cei mai mult advertiseri online. Retele sociale (linkedin, facebook, myspace). Online streaming. Folosesc internetul acasa/birou/mobil. </p>

<p>Aici nu am inclus specialistii si oamenii care lucreaza in online. Ei reprezinte o categorie speciala indiferent de varsta.<br />
Ei genereaza cam 20% din trafic. Folosesc majoritatea retelelor sociale mari (facebook, myspace, linkedin, last.fm). Platforma de blogging/micro (wp, blogger, twitter). Au inlocuit TV cu online stream. Folosesc in special site-uri externe si sunt axati pe &#8220;nise profesionale&#8221;. Cele mai traficate site-uri in limba romana pentru ei (din top 10) : 1. google.ro 2. wikipedia 3. youtube </p>
<p>Sugestia mea pentru online 2009 : Sa scriem mai mult, sa generam mai mult, sa targetam mai mult, sa share-uim mai mult, sa ne panicam mai putin. <a href="http://www.pahomi.ro/de-la-intact-interactive.html">Piata creste</a>, <a href="http://www.victorkapra.ro/2009/01/20/strategia-online-pe-2009-a-realitatea-catavencu/">se maturizeaza</a>. Natural si ireversibil.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Dupa cum era de asteptat, publicitatea in ansamblu scade ca volum si ca valoare.<br />
Desi multi mizau ca online-ul va fi singurul mediu &#8220;putin&#8221; afectat de criza, se pare ca nu este asa. Odata ca o mare parte din investitorii in online si tehnologii web au inceput sa vanda si sa se retraga cel putin pentru 1 an din activitate, piata a inceput sa tremure. Deocamdata nu se pune problema de scadere pe termin foarte scurt doar de o mentinere &#8220;pe nivel&#8221;. Adica nu o sa mai creasca in mod sigur dar o sa fie constanta mai ales pentru ca majoritea firmelor au deja contractate spatiile pentru urmatoarele 6luni.<br />
Cel mai mult de suferit vor avea mediile noi de publicitate (contextuala video de exemplu) unde nu vor mai fi doritori dornici sa experimenteze si sa se multumeasca cu cateva zeci de impresii doar pentru a fi printre pionerii ad-ului online.<br />
Marea Britanie, care are cea mai mare piata de publicitate online din lume (cu 20% din totalul pietei de publicitate) a inceput scaderea si mai ales migrarea spre o publicitate online sigur si foarte conventionala (cea contextuala), unde e &#8220;monopol&#8221; Google cu 87% din piata.<br />
Piata online din Romania va intra in scurt timp si ea intr-o scadere pe care toate lumea se chinuie sa o mascheze cu tot felul de cifre. Concret scaderea nu va consta o coborare sub nivelul actual ci o incetinire brusca a cresterii (care este natura, publicitatea migrand din audio/tv in online).<br />
Eu zic ca in continuare companiile nu se vor mai axa &#8220;pe volum de trafic&#8221; ci pe &#8220;traficul de care am nevoie&#8221;. Publisheri incep sa nu mai castige la fel ca acum 6luni in AdSense, de aceea Google incearca sa &#8220;fidelizeze&#8221; publisheri si sa le arata ca intelege cirza financiara si ne promite noi tooluri si tehnologii pentru publicitatea online care vor creste veniturile publisherilor si indirect pe cel al Google.<br />
Aici e corect, si google arata inca odata ca stie cum sa se eschiveze, solutia consta in tehnologii noi si mai ales in abordari noi. </p>
